1. Engagement & Advisory Scope

Initial 45-minute consultations and diagnostic checklists constitute preliminary discovery evaluations. Formal advisory retainers, fractional CGO oversight, or custom implementation sprints take effect exclusively upon execution of a bilateral Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) setting forth defined deliverables, timelines, and contract investments.

2. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership

Custom deliverables produced specifically for clients—including tailored strategic documents, copy swipe libraries, brand narrative positioning guides, and ad copy templates—become the client's sole property upon full settlement of contracted invoices.

The proprietary Growth Ecosystem™ methodology, architectural blueprints, proprietary diagnostic algorithms, and AI workflows remain the exclusive intellectual property of Mudhai Margaret.

3. Commercial Performance Disclaimer

While documented case studies indicate substantial past client outcomes (such as 10X order volume increases or 40% reductions in customer acquisition costs), ultimate commercial performance depends on individual operational execution, capital allocation, product-market fit, and dynamic third-party platform algorithms (Meta, Google, TikTok). No specific revenue figures are legally guaranteed.

4. Confidentiality & Mutual Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to treat all business information, financial metrics, diagnostic results, and commercial models shared during consultations and active retainers with strict confidentiality, maintaining non-disclosure obligations throughout and subsequent to the engagement.

5. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any legal action or dispute arising from this website or strategic advisory engagements shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Nairobi, Kenya.
